Skill data is displayed only to you, held in page memory, and not saved in public profiles, local plans or the database. Simulation values are separate estimates, not actual EVE skills.

Your access credential is kept in an encrypted, HttpOnly cookie for this session. The workbench reads skills when opened or when you request a refresh; there is no background collection. Logging out clears the session and credential.
